Principles of Industry 4.0

Compatibility lies in the fact that equipment, machines, sensors, and people cooperate and communicate in one system, via the Internet of things (IoT.) A synergy between human creativity, computing power and speed of computer systems appear.

Integrity–the virtual world is being filled with digital copies of reality objects, which repeat all links, systems, and functions, in which a real clone is involved. It allows accumulating maximum data on processes at each stage – the data is delivered from the sensors and transmitters in real time and analyzed in accordance with the context.

Technical support – is one more important principle of Industry 4.0, which in a wide sense means a possibility for a machine to substitute a human for carrying out standard, dangerous and routine tasks. It is based on possibilities, which are given to a human by modern computer systems collecting, analyzing and visualizing information.
