Prosperity of the country is possible due to innovative and successful industries, which constantly implement innovations and upgrade infrastructure, manufacturing processes, and products.
Modern times are characterized by speedy increase of information volumes. Changes, that have happened or will happen during the nearest years, are closely associated with manufacturing process and network communications.
Industry 4.0 is characterized as “smart manufacturing site", the analog of "Internet of things" targeted at customer. The Industry 4.0 is based on the understanding thata nature of work itself should change in the modern life. Routing and standard transactions shall be generallyautomated, transferred to fast and efficient machines, while in Industry 4.0 a role of a controller is assigned to a man.
Smart plants as a part of Industry 4.0will be controlled via the Network, and the basis of managementsolutions will become multi-level use of smart transmitters, systems’ self-analysis, applications and monitoring in real time mode.
With the help of such in-depth analysis and monitoring, current data are collected in real time, customized products are produced, and maximally optimizedproduction chain is created: from product order to its receipt by the customer within the shortest term.
At every stage, a data collection and analysis is performed in real time.
Principles of Industry 4.0
Compatibility lies in the fact that equipment, machines, sensors, and people cooperate and communicate in one system, via the Internet of things (IoT.) A synergy between human creativity, computing power and speed of computer systems appear.
Integrity–the virtual world is being filled with digital copies of reality objects, which repeat all links, systems, and functions, in which a real clone is involved. It allows accumulating maximum data on processes at each stage – the data is delivered from the sensors and transmitters in real time and analyzed in accordance with the context.
Technical support – is one more important principle of Industry 4.0, which in a wide sense means a possibility for a machine to substitute a human for carrying out standard, dangerous and routine tasks. It is based on possibilities, which are given to a human by modern computer systems collecting, analyzing and visualizing information.
Delegation of managerial decisions to cyber systems and substitution of human being by computer in maximum number of times is the last significant principle of Industry 4.0, that envisages regular transformation of a human being into a controller, whose role will be to involve in emergency or irregular situations, while the majority of routine operations will be carried out automatically.
